Last Sunday was Miracle Catch, our Tribe T Launch and also Children's Day! It was exciting to see so many pinkies walking around. It certainly created a buzz around Expo! I was more excited to see those people who were with us but were not in pink though - Our Friends! And if I did not see wrongly, I think we had a few salvations too! Praise God for these precious lives! I hope you are as excited as I am. Let's continue to pray that the excitement of knowing God will grip our friend's lives and cause them to live their miraculous life in Jesus!
You all looked really good in the brand new Pink Tribe T! Here's some of you looking fabulous.
To me, the old tribe T symbolised our journey and a certain season for our tribe - a new family getting to know each other better. We were learning to work with each other, trying new things, working out our differences, building trust. We were RAW. Our brand new Tribe T is symbolic of how far we have come. We are more equipped for the Kingdom of God, more prepared to face the challenges ahead, we are closer than ever as a family, we know our identity in Christ as a tribe. We have been REFINED. It's certainly great to hear people complimenting the new Tribe T. However, let's be careful not to place our significance and pride in physical objects. If anything, the new Tribe T should be an expression of our commitment to excellence and holiness before the Lord. Let's be as excellent in our consolidation of new believers, as committed in our discipleship and as visionary in building the Kingdom of God.
I'm glad to see how our Tribe T has excited so many other people in Youthnet. I believe it will challenge them to be different and think out of the box to build the Kingdom of God too. Amen!
