Hebrews 10:24 !

“Starting from today, we will be starting on a new series of blog entries entitled, "10 by 24". There will be 10 blog entries written by each of the SJ24 comprising their reflections and learning throughout the first 3 months of 2007.”

Find these sentences familiar? It was the first paragraph of Joshua’s entry in our tribe blog on 17 Jan 07 announcing the challenge given by Ps Seng Lee to the SJ24. Literally “10 by 24” means 10 entries from the SJ24. Hmm… Hope I can achieve that…  However, recently I had a thought on this title and thought it was such an INTERESTING title! I think Pastor could have this intention in mind too!

I see “10 by 24” as in Hebrews 10:24 ‘And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds’. Truly these sharing, I pray, will spur you on toward love and good deeds – loving the Lord, loving His people in all that we say and do. Constantly we hear a lot of voices including our own. Daily we face challenges and temptations. We need to hear what the Lord is speaking, we need to hear how the Lord is working in the lives of His people and to be renewed in our mind by His Word.


I pray that these sharing will be an encouragement to you as you continue this journey with our Lord God Almighty, our loving Heavenly Abba Father. We are a family and we will journey together. Let’s fight, fight together, fight together to win! He has spoken that it is from victory that we are fighting! Have you heard Him?
