The Power of Prayer!

Reflection from G12 Conference 2007

Haha this is a little bit like cheating but most of my blog entry content here is taken from my spiritual daughter’s written reflection about G12 conference. I want to share how I am very blessed by the heart of my spiritual daughter Mary Yeo. At the G12 conference, this girl had actually prepared a list of things to pray for me - in her words “jotting down some stuffs whenever I heard you agree strongly (let’s say I observed by tone and body language) to a certain statement during the conference.”

On Wednesday, when I saw her prayer list for the first time, I realised that many little revelations, mental pictures/”video clips” and faith (see my earlier blog entry!) that I had received from Him at the conference were in no small way as a result from her prayers. So - I hope that as you read the following prayer items, they will also speak into your spirit man and strengthen you too.

(The following is extracted from Mary’s written reflection from G12 conference) (Read on...)

Prayers for Cami

• May this G12 session be a time where you will be brought back to the cross of Jesus Christ in your life [Galatians 6:14 “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”]

• That God, our almighty God will cause you to receive God’s impartation,

• Impartation of His wisdom, His discernm
ent to lead you,

Not by rationality or understanding but the complete surrender of your heart to be disciplined and be discipled by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

• I pray that the good God will be present here with you, reveal to you images and visions what He wants to you to do as His soldier.

• A warrior princess who is able rise up and to endure whatever hardships that come your way, overcoming all the strongholds, and may your will not falter, because you want to please your commanding officer, that is Jesus Christ our Lord.

• That God make us rise up to be the salt and light of the earth, that you will have the compassion and fulfill God’s heartbeat to bring about salvation of the nations.

• And because we believe, by our faith, God will give us, God will never forget the promise / covenant He made with us. Amen

I really thank God for a spiritual daughter in Mary and continue to claim all her prayers. May you continue to claim the prayers and promises that God has given you too. Amen!
