A familiar face

I saw this as I was boarding the place to Venice a month ago. As I set down on the airplane seat, strapped myself in and started looking through the papers, I came across a familiar face! Maybe you will recognise him too. Ha Ha. But in case you are wondering, our Navy Airforce captain is no longer in the Navy RSAF. He's on his way to fulfilling a greater calling in his life.
